Footage released by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence shows a woman posing for a photo moments before a Russian missile strikes the city of Chernihiv. The missile attack killed seven people, including a 6-year-old girl, and wounded more than 100, according to Ukrainian officials. The UN called the attack "heinous" in a statement, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy labelled it a "terrorist attack".
